Vehicle picture, logbook , MOT Fitness test, council plated Operator Docs ( operator licence , public liability insurance, ) The App need to correct the date and send notification about docs expire for admin, operator and drivers , and I can add fields for both driver and operator with format (TXT, date, Time, and others) Pick up and drop off must be auto complete Must have reference number for each job Can have dark and night mode 10. add suggestion either TXT or voice command Add user’s operator and drivers or another admin permissions -how to use the AI to match jobs between Drivers and operators -Able in read the TXT and fulfil the jobs details and able to do a voice command You can share the jobs details or booking with other operators, -To be able for admin to see the jobs been allocated to operators and drivers and amount and others reports -Can super admin create roles for example creator that some one can send make a booking and add the operator name and whatapp number -Send notification to operator when driver do his job after the driver get notification based on estimate time and reminder and confirm it -Make a payment integration for drivers and app and can make it subscription or one off, with details will all payments and auto stop when payment didn’t go through and make packages, and I can add the details -Both operators and drivers can rate each other’s with review and it can only adjusted from the supper admin of 5 elements (speed , payment , on time , goof pay ) -When sing in need to have operator or driver Operators 1.Operator can create accounts history for drivers and jobs and payment been made and he click paid to driver with optional reference or( not paid as scammer) 7.Operator can add Driver fare (appear for drivers ) and Customer fare only for operators 8.Operator can add the job and post it on a selected group (post to Group 9.Operator can have there own fleet , and it can post just to them or to every one 10.Operator must have a live Map with drivers selected a jobs or his fleet driver or it can be all drivers as well 11.Make a booking with voice command 12.When operator make a booking to send it from software , the app suggested a potential driver and he might take the job and ask the operator to send this job to him or post it to all drivers and his fleet 13.Make a calendar for the jobs , if the driver took a a slide bare or common address, when driver create new booking so the app keep looking for suggested booking or follow on booking 3.Driver setting The App keep looking for a job near by the dropoff 5Mile, 10Mile or0…. by time and date and even in future and it can be adjusted from driver setting 4.App remind the driver for incoming jobs like hour before (can be set from setting 5.Driver can login by one button so he will be active in the system or logout or break 6.Add favorite or home or work 7.When driver received a suggested job , it must work out the distance from current drop off and how long it take him and other details as well such as time date pick up and drop off and fare and operator , if there is a duplicated jobs it must tell the driver before he confirmed it 8.When driver get a job from operator , he can add payment Term if the operator didn’t add his payment time and driver must get notification if you didn’t get the payment unless he got payment from the operator and select payied in the history menu 9.Can make a booking and there is a search bar with autocomplete or plus to add operator name and phone number and when driver make a bkooing he can add the fare or non selected 10.The driver also can past a txt from whatspp and add the value into the fields setting driver and operator 1.He can pick up jobs from selected radius (5 mile , 10 mile , 20 mile 2.The driver can open a selected operator or All operators to take jobs from 3.Can show calendrer with details for upcoming work 4.Operator can set how he can pay , from day- to day and then
