We are building a Strategy Management Platform that tracks organizational performance across multiple dimensions, including strategic initiatives, projects, and KPIs. We are looking for an experienced Power BI dashboard designer to design a set of executive-level dashboards that provide clear visibility from the CEO level down to regional and operational levels. The dashboards should present insights in a clean, executive-friendly design, allowing leadership to quickly understand performance, progress, and areas requiring attention. Scope of Work The freelancer will design dashboards that include: Executive Strategy Overview Dashboard Overall strategic performance Status of strategic initiatives Key performance indicators (KPIs) Traffic light status (Green / Amber / Red) Projects & Initiatives Dashboard Total initiatives and projects Progress tracking Delayed vs on-track initiatives Ownership by department or region KPI Performance Dashboard KPI achievement vs target Trend analysis Performance by business unit or region Operational / Regional Performance Dashboard Performance by region or cluster Drill-down capability to departments or teams Expected Deliverables Power BI dashboard design (PBIX) Professional visual layout suitable for executives Clear data model structure for reporting Documentation of the dashboard structure Preferred Skills Strong experience with Power BI Experience designing executive dashboards Strong data modeling skills Ability to design clean and modern BI layouts Nice to Have Experience with strategy management dashboards Experience with KPI and performance management systems
