Project Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Laravel Developer to develop the Platform Core of a modern cloud-based Multi-Tenant SaaS platform. This project focuses on building a scalable, secure, and reusable platform foundation that will support future business modules. The project is not intended to be developed entirely from scratch. Instead, it should leverage proven open-source libraries and frameworks whenever appropriate while focusing development efforts on platform architecture, integration, and code quality. Comprehensive project documentation has already been completed, including Business Requirements Specification (BRS), Business Rules, Domain Models, API Requirements, and Acceptance Criteria. Business analysis is not part of this project. Scope of Work The selected developer will participate in designing and developing the Platform Core, including the following modules: Identity & Access • Authentication • User Management • Company Management • Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) • Session Management • Device Management • Multi-Factor Authentication Platform Services • File Management • Media Library • Email Services • Notification Services • SMS Integration • Queue Processing • Background Jobs • Caching • Search • Logging • Audit Logs • Activity Logs API Foundation • REST API Development • API Authentication • API Keys • API Versioning • Rate Limiting • API Documentation AI Foundation • Multi-AI Provider Integration • Prompt Management • AI Routing • Token Usage Tracking • AI Cost Monitoring Administration • Platform Settings • Feature Flags • Monitoring • Health Checks • Configuration Management Development Approach The project should maximize the use of mature open-source libraries and existing solutions wherever appropriate. Examples include: • Authentication • Authorization • Media Library • File Storage • Email Services • Notifications • Queue Management • Cache • PDF Generation • Excel Import/Export • Search • Monitoring • Logging • API Documentation Developers are welcome to recommend equivalent technologies provided they are production-ready, actively maintained, and well documented. The primary development effort should focus on integration, architecture, maintainability, and scalability rather than rebuilding common platform functionality. Future Architecture Requirements Although only the Platform Core is included in this project, the architecture must be designed to support future expansion without major redesign. The platform should be ready to support: • Multi-Tenant Architecture • Multi-Language Support • Multi-Country Support • Multi-Currency Support • Multiple Time Zones • API-First Architecture • Modular Architecture • iOS Applications • Android Applications • Desktop Applications • Third-Party Integrations • Multiple AI Providers These capabilities do not need to be fully implemented during this phase, but the overall architecture and database design should accommodate them. Development Workflow The project must follow modern software development practices. Requirements include: • Git version control. • GitHub repository owned by the project owner. • Feature branches. • Pull Requests. • Continuous code commits. • Code Reviews. • Weekly progress updates. • Staging environment for feature review. • Continuous documentation updates. Deliverables The project deliverables include: • Complete source code. • Database schema. • REST APIs. • Technical documentation. • API documentation. • Installation guide. • Deployment guide. • UI/UX source files (if applicable). • Docker configuration (if used). • All project assets and source files. All deliverables and intellectual property shall become the exclusive property of the project owner upon completion. Available Documentation The selected developer will receive comprehensive documentation, including: • Business Requirements Specification (BRS) • Business Rules • Domain Model • API Requirements • Acceptance Criteria Target Timeline The target project duration is approximately 3 months. Developers may propose a different timeline if supported by a clear technical justification.
