Dears, Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning system i am looking to develop such project with this brief , is there any solution from your side? As part of its results based management, Save the Children is aiming at the digitalization of its Monitoring Evaluation Accountability and Learning system (MEAL). The system is part of the organization’s portfolios management process for its projects and programs. The system will be designed based on SC MEAL process and procedures, developed and deployed within SC premises and its partner organizations to document, monitor and evaluate all of the projects and programs within the different project life cycle and under the different portfolios that are linked to the organizational strategic goals and breakthroughs. Save the children is looking to find a developer /consultancy firm to build up a digitalized MEAL system for the organization and its implementing partners in West Bank and Gaza, the online system aims to document and track the ongoing projects and serve as a platform for all new projects. The shape of the system will have different interfaces, the system will allow to build the Logical frameworks or the project inside the system, this includes the project objectives, outputs, outcomes andwill be connected to Save the children’s strategic goals and the country strategic plan, which obviously will be connected to the three overarching global breakthroughs.
