Let me explain our work and issue , First, we are working with helpdesk ticket system in Odoo and the email for our company is under office 365 and we have helpdesk email for each department for example “HR ,Finance, IT” so when our Employee have issue, he send email to specific department email and he receive ticket number . Issue we are facing as below. If the sender send email and he add in partners fields of the email “TO,CC,BCC” Odoo when he fetch don’t take all senders in email gust he dealing with the sender and template replay goes to the sender Onley and for partners in “TO,CC,BCC” they don’t involve them in mail thread even if the help desk team add them manually as followers the replay goes separately to each sender as new replay email without including the email thread gust the last replay and without including partners “TO,CC,BCC” . Also we need the help desk to work with different department and different email for each team and when the team replay from helpdesk the replay will go from helpdesk team email not employee email
