Take a snapshot from the Calendar windows and add to end of the report Start Date of project is Mon 19 Dec, 2022 MS Project Legend: Just keep necessary legend to show in Gantt view (Tasks, Milestone, summary, Progress, Critical Task) Columns of report should be as below Sample - include: WBS - Task Name - Duration - Start - Finish - Predecessor - successor - % Complete - Gantt Chart Resource report & Cost Report (Read Week 04 and 10) Assign the resources to each activities (direct Cost, Labour, Equipment, Materials)(Watch LinkedIn Video) Assign $ cost to each resources All activities should have $ cost associated to each activities in Cost Column Load indirect costs to "level of effort" activities (like; project management, office overhead or indirect staff) Overall budget/ cost of project should be around $250,000.00 Show total cost/ budget of project in total "cost column" equal to $250,000.00 Non construction activities Make sure that these (procurement or administrative activities) added to your schedule (Read this week lecture) including: Contract milestone /commissioning /inspection /permit /submission of the detail schedule etc. Baseline Report Save the baseline Show BL Bar in Gantt Chart view Take a snapshot of your BL View (refer to Lecture file P38) and add to your report Print Baseline (variance) tables show BL SD/BL ED of each activities after updating the project Update Report status date (Data Date) is 20 Jan, 2023. Show Status date in Gantt Chart view add progress to activities (Do not use the automatic update) Show % complete of each activities in "% progress" column Create different reports: Earned value table report (Read EVA lecture file and follow the instruction) Resource sheet report . define all resources (Labour (work), equipment, materials, costs) Resource usage report. show resources assigned to all activities Resource Histogram report. show over allocation resources and how to resolve it. Gantt view report (Show Gantt view in one page; Zoom in/out of Gantt view to fit in a page Baseline (Variance) report. show Columns of variance of SD/ED with BL SD/ED after updating schedule % complete (Tracking) report Cash flow diagram - based on weekly time. Cost report. including total budget Remember to add "WBS" and "Activity list" related to the project at the end of your PDF report Remember to review the Schedule Check list (as per this week content) and include in your PDF make PDF of each report (like figure 01) and combine all reports in one PDF file then upload Figure 01 - Your Gantt Chart should display a logical and efficient sequence (Like below sample) (ستجد الصورة في المرفقات) How to Prepare Assignment? Use your project in the assignment #4 Conclusion section: review EVA report / cash flow curve and tracking report of your project and write minimum 100 words about these reports and forecast future of the project (EAC). Put Responsibility Matrix in first page of your report "who did which part of assignment". for example: Student #1 - create Resources Library, Load cost and Resources in MSP - EVA table and curve report, ... Student #2 - Resource table and histogram report, BL report, Update the project , % complete report, ... Make different report (as per item #6) in PDF and make one report file Upload only a PDF file and a MPP file 2 or more groups will be nominated to present their assignments in-class to discuss more about.
