User Stories •As a warehouse head: oI want to receive and view invoices on my device so that I can efficiently manage material preparation and distribution. oI want to distribute preparation tasks to workers. oI want to distribute delivery tasks to drivers. oI need to archive signed invoices electronically for record-keeping and future reference. •As a warehouse worker: oI need to be notified of my assigned tasks. oI need to view the items table assigned to me. oI need to validate materials using QR code scanning to ensure accurate order preparation. •As a delivery driver: oI want to access delivery details and customer information on my device to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. oI need to send an automatic SMS to the customer to confirm the delivery date and time of the order. oI need the ability to have the customer sign electronically to confirm receipt of the correct materials. oI need the ability to change the order status to complete or non-complete. oI need to send an automatic SMS to the customer to confirm the delivery is completed. •As an admin: oI want to display all statistics related to deliveries, workers, drivers, etc oI want to search for and view completed invoices and all their information oI want to filter deliveries according to condition, driver name, etc oI want to create a new account for one of the members mentioned oI want to delete or modify one of the accounts
