Installation & Configuration of the platform for reporting: • Separate project folders for DEV and PROD will be configured in the single installation with security policies. • For the initial phase, information from couple of facilities will be collected and reported using the proposed solution. • In total, home screen plus additional 4 screens will be designed for the scope of the project. • Energy Consumption, Water Consumption, Security Contract and Hygiene Contract related KPIs will be reported. • Up to a maximum of 10 KPIs will be reported per screen. • The delivery cycle includes Requirements Gathering, Design, Configuration, Test and deployment of the solution to production. • Handover and Knowledge Transfer. • Training for Business Users to leverage the features of the solution. • The business users from the couple of facilities must be identified to share requirements for the project and engage during the UAT testing and handover. • UI/UX design must be signed off before development of the reports and dashboards. • The servers should have internet access for the maps to be operational.
