I want to know if you can customize chatting features to be like this scenario 1. Customer have only WhatsApp account 2. Customer send message using WhatsApp to my system after that my system can identify his location and destination by chatting with him or by gbs location if that possible 3. My system backend can allocate the best driver to him and after that customer can chat with driver on WhatsApp And driver complete course details by his app
